Aly has been a multi-hyphenate since the 90s. She is a designer and a health and wellness enthusiast. She has founded or co-founded 4 businesses and her entrepreneurial spirit has given her a non-linear and adventurous path through her career and life.

As the designer and founder of Arm Candy NYC, her designs were featured in magazines in the US and UK, including: Real Simple, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen and More Magazine (and worn by J-Lo!).
These days Aly finds purpose in expertly guiding individuals (and businesses) to find clarity and direction; and how to easily and effectively use their natural gifts and talents (or resources) in service to their core values and their prosperity.
Aly holds a degree in Journalism and is a certified Human Design Analyst, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Psych-K facilitator, Yoga teacher and level 3 Reiki practitioner.
